At SOPHIA MAE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty ritual. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
